This steam engine was moved to a highway location
in Swifts Creek. It remains a part of our collection.
The plan has been in train for about 4 years as
part of the streetscaping project at Swifts Creek.

Picked up with a sling around each wheel hub.

Carefully moved

Positioned and secured

Its off to Swifts Creek

New home is outside the Hall and toilets.

Lifted and carry truck driven away

Moved into position

Turn those front wheels to just the right angle

Bolt a chuck or two in place

and there you have it,
From left Graham Symons (engineering stuff)
